Soon after becoming a Broker with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission in 1999, Erik moved from the service side of the business into sales and management. Since 1999, Erik has actively managed thousands of rental units and sold hundreds of homes and commercial buildings. The mix included commercial, student apartments, single-family homes, multi-family units, and short-term executive suites. In 2001, Erik earned his Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation with the National Apartment Association.
