Western Carolina Rentals is a Real Estate Property Management Firm located in Jackson County, NC - Home of the Great Smoky Mountains. Our Mission is to provide the most comprehensive and customer-service-oriented rental management business in Western North Carolina.

We currently have over 80 rentals and a mini-storage facility in our portfolio.  While our office is located in Cullowhee near Western Carolina University (WCU), we operate very well remotely via our portable computers and Blackberry PDAs.
