For your convenience, you may make a secure online payment for free.  We contract with Payment Service Network to provide this invaulable service.  However, to ensure your protection and to prevent DNS highjacking (being redirected to another site maliciously) please refer to your move-in paperwork or call us at 828-293-2460 and we will email you the correct link to Payment Service Network. 

You may also call Payment Service Network directly and make a payment by phone and set up your account by cutting and pasting PaymentServiceNetwork.com into your browser directly.  If you are a first time user, you will need to enter the Management ID in the middle of the page.  The Management ID for Western Carolina Rentals is RT14966.  Once entered, you may continue setting up your account.

You may also make a payment by phone at no additional charge.  A helpful PSN representative can help you set up your account and take your payment over the phone.   Call the numbers listed below.
