Home Maintenance and Repair Services:

Western Carolina Rentals offers home maintenance and repairs not only as a service to our clients, but to our community as well. We have a reliable crew of maintenance professionals and sub-contractors who will complete your maintenance and repair requests in a timely, professional, quality, and cost-effective manner.

We accept credit and debit card payments and PayPal for our services.

All work is performed and billed at material cost plus labor. Our labor fee schedule is as follows:

•  Getting a home "rent ready" and "Turns"

$299 one time fee contracting fee paid to Western Carolina Rentals for scheduling vendors, making sure work completed and in a timely manner, paying vendors from owner funds, and providing a detailed statement to the owner. 

• General Home Maintenance and Repairs:

$50 show up fee and first hour. $25-50 per additional hour depending on skill level of job. $25 per hour for additional laborer needed.

• Plumbing:

$65 show up fee and first hour. $65 per additional hour. $25 per hour for additional labor needed.

• HVAC (Heating and Air):

$75 show up fee and first hour. $75 per additional hour. $25 per hour for additional labor needed.

• Cleaning and Movers:

$25-$30 per hour per laborer per hour.

• Roofing:

We offer complete residential and commercial new and replacement roof systems in addition to our repair services.  Call for estimates.
