Applicants for long-term rental housing managed by Western Carolina Rentals must submit a rental application and pay a non-refundable fee of $30 per applicant ($50 for married couple).
(Vacation Rentals do not submit applications. Commercial Rentals undergo a different screening process. Call Erik Enberg at 828-226-1290 for details)
Following the submission of the application and fee, a credit and criminal background check will be performed utilizing "CreditRetriever", an online service provided by TransUnion.
To reserve and secure a home, applicants must also submit a separate refundable damage deposit equal to one month's rent. If you are denied a rental, the deposit will be returned in full.
